Swathi began her career with the Television show ‘Andhamanina Bhamalu’ in 2009, where she won the title. She acted in two films as a child artist. Her major acting role came in The Bengali Film ‘Tor Naam’ (2012). She got a breakthrough in her career with Ram Gopal Varma’s film Patta Pagalu, but the film remains unreleased due to various reasons.
Later she acted in two Telugu films, Jump Jilani (2014) and Ladies & Gentlemen (2015). She rose to fame with the Allari Naresh’s movie Jump Jilani, where she played a village girl opposite Allari Naresh. In 2017, she acted in three films including the horror film Chitrangada co-starring Anjali.
In 2020, she made to the list of Bigg Boss Telugu fourth season and entered as a wild card guest. She is the third wild card entry after Saikumar Pampana and Jabardasth Avinash. Recently Swathi gets nominated for the fourth-week elimination.
