‘Umamaheswara ugraroopasya’ means Uma Maheshwar’s Fury. The title sounds a violent Revenge story but it is not, because the hero here is weak and doesn’t have confidence in him. The film is actually less of a revenge story, more of humor. The film is far from the regular Telugu movies, and close to reality.

Full marks to Satya dev for getting into the skin of the character and delivering a fine performance. Actress Roopa koduvayur as Jyoti in her debut has come up with good acting. Another actress Hari Chandana as Swati did a decent job.

The movie’s background music and visuals are good for the simple theme. The first half goes smooth with subtle humor but the second half looks a little bit slow. Venkatesh maha has shown characters very naturally and proved his talent with this flick.

Verdict: the movie is filled with feel-good moments and gives a pleasant experience for viewers. It has a refreshing narration. If you are bored of watching Telugu masala movies, this movie is for you to refresh and enjoy. Go for it.
