Samantha and Naga Chaitanya announce their separation officially
Tollywood star couple Samantha and Naga Chaitanya who got married in 2017 have announced that they are parting ways. The news is now official as they took to social media and announced their separation.
Naga Chaitanya took to Twitter and said,” To all well-wishers, After much deliberation and thought Sam and I have decided to part ways as husband and wife to pursue our own paths. We are fortunate to have a friendship of over a decade that was the very core of our relationship which we believe will always hold a special bond between us.”

For the past few months, there has been speculation that the couple was heading for a divorce, particularly after Samantha seemingly hinted at this by removing the surname of Akkineni from our social media accounts. After several rumors of their divorce, the couple did not rubbish them or deny it. This adds fuel to the fire of rumors.
Samantha and Naga Chaitanya had been in a relationship for nearly two years before they tie the knot on October 6th, 2017 in the Goa ceremony. The couple had held both Hindu wedding and Christian ceremonies. They later threw a lavish reception for prominent film industry personalities.
It is known that Samantha and Naga Chaitanya work together in Yem Maya Chesave directed by Gautam Menon. They also worked together II in films like Manam, Autonagar Surya, and Majili.
