The responsibility of directing the 170th film of Superstar Rajini, titled “Thalaivar 170,” has been handed over to T.J. Gnanavel, who gained fame with the movie “Jai Bhim.” As mentioned, Amitabh and Rajini crossed paths on today’s film sets. Rajinikanth took to Twitter to express his excitement, stating, “After 33 years, I am working again with my mentor, the phenomenon, Shri Amitabh Bachchan, in the upcoming Lyca’s ‘Thalaivar 170’ directed by T.J Gnanavel. My heart is thumping with joy!”
Amitabh Bachchan, known as the Shahenshah of Bollywood, graciously replied, “Sir, you are too gracious to me, but just see the Film title; it’s THALAIVAR 170. Thalaivar means Leader, Head, Chief. In addition to Amitabh Bachchan, the star-studded cast of “Thalaivar 170” includes Rana Daggubati, Malayalam lady superstar Manju Warrier, Ritika Singh of ‘Guru’ fame, and Dushara Vijayan.
