Bhola Shankar, the latest action film starring renowned actor Chiranjeevi, seems to be facing some hurdles at the box office. According to preliminary estimates from industry tracker Sacnilk, Bhola Shankar managed to garner just Rs 7 crore on Saturday, marking a steep downfall compared to its opening day. With three other major releases on the same weekend, including Rajinikanth’s Jailer, Sunny Deol’s Gadar 2, and Akshay Kumar’s OMG 2, Bhola Shankar faced tough competition right from the start. This intense competition could be a contributing factor to the film’s underwhelming performance at the box office.

In addition to the fierce competition, Bhola Shankar has also received unfavorable reviews from critics. Many critics have expressed their disappointment, considering it to be a lackluster remake of the original Tamil film Vedalam.
