Drushyam 2 to release directly on this OTT platform

Drushyam 2 starring Venkatesh, and Meena, which is a sequel to the super hit film Dushyam is all set for the digital premiere. Venkatesh Dushyam 2 is going to release directly on Disney+ Hotstar skipping theatrical release.

Jeethu Joseph is the director of the Telugu remake, who also helmed the original version in Malayalam. Mohanlal and Meena are the lead pair in the Malayalam version of Drishyam 2. Telugu’s remake of the hit film is completed in just 40 days. Currently, the post-production work is going on.

Earlier the makers wanted to release in the theatres, but they have now sold the satellite and direct OTT rights to star Maa and Disney plus Hotstar group for a good amount.
