Nikhil Siddhartha who is known for his various genre films is making an appearance with the thriller and investigative film Karthikeya 2. The film is directed by Chandoo Mondeti. It is will be a sequel to the hit movie, Karthikeya which was released in the year 2014.
The trailer was released by the makers this morning that caught the interest of many. The trailer begins with a monologue, “Shantanu Idhi Nuvvu Apaleni Yaagam; Nenu Samidani Matrame; Aajyyam Malli Akada Modalayindhi; Pranatyagam Chese Thegimpu Untene Dhanini Pondagalam.” The trailer reveals the thrilling trip Nikhil on the boat, on the snow, and the fight. In the trailer, Kashmir Files famous Anupam Kher, who makes her debut in Tollywood and is seen playing the part of Dhanvantri as well as dishing out some information about a mystery related to Lord Krishna. The trailer is packed with suspenseful elements.
The music and visuals are the primary assets of the film. Anupama Parameswaran plays the female lead character. In the trailer, it was revealed that Karthikeya 2 is about searching for secrets hidden under the sea close to Dwaraka.

The film is financed through People Media Factory and Abhishek Agarwal Arts, while it features the music composed by Kaala Bhairava. Karthikeya 2 full movie is scheduled to release on July 22nd, 2022 worldwide with a language that includes Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, and Hindi.
