Pawan Kalyan’s film “Bro The Avatar” has found itself in the midst of a new controversy!

Pawan Kalyan and Sai Dharam Tej’s latest film, “Bro The Avatar,” has found itself in the midst of a new controversy. A particular scene from the movie has sparked a political disturbance due to its dialogues, which seemed to indirectly target one of the ministers from the Andhra Pradesh Government, Ambati Rambabu. The controversy revolves around some subtle references to political leaders in Andhra Pradesh. In a pub scene, Prithvi, who plays the character ‘Shyambabu,’ dances in a way that mimics Ambati Rambabu’s signature moves. Pawan’s character takes the opportunity to give Shyambabu a lesson on his dance steps. Soon after, Shyambabu expresses interest in ‘S*x,’ to which Pawan responds with a strong counter, “Eppudu Niku Ade Picha?” Both of these dialogues are said to be aimed at Ambati.

However, it’s not just this particular scene that has raised eyebrows. The movie also features other notable dialogues and scenes that highlight the issue of corruption among politicians, as well as references to the Janasena party’s symbol, the glass. These elements suggest that “Bro The Avatar” has a political dimension, which can be seen as a calculated move by the makers and Pawan himself, especially considering the upcoming general elections in Andhra Pradesh.

To which, The Minister responded with a sharp statement as shown in tweets below:

As expected, this controversy has divided opinions among the public. Supporters of Pawan Kalyan and the movie argue that it is an artist’s right to express their views and that cinema has always been a platform for social commentary. On the other hand, critics argue that the film’s approach seems calculated to garner attention and manipulate public sentiment.
