Shraddha Kapoor will play Nagin in her upcoming movie

Bollywood actress Shraddha Kapoor hit headlines again. But this time with good news. Shraddha is set to don the Nagin avatar for her upcoming film. This a trilogy to be directed by Vishal Furia. 

Shraddha Kapoor said that she is excited to play a very different role. She took to social media and wrote,” It’s an absolute delight for me to play a Naagin on screen. I have grown up watching, admiring, and idolizing Sridevi ma’am’s Nagina and Nigahen and have always wanted to play a similar role rooted in Indian traditional folklore. (sic)”

The Makers are planning to mount this epic trilogy with VFX at a high scale. The film is being bankrolled by Nikhil Dwivedi.  She was last seen in Baaghi 3 earlier this year. 

Director Vishal Furia is known for his movies Lapachhapi, Criminal Justice and Bombers.
