KT Rama Rao, the TRS Working President, has been very vocal against the BJP lately. KTR gave multiple interviews to various Telugu news channels before the party formation day event, and he also interacted with the print media on Sunday.

Adipurush starring Prabhas in the titular role was the subject of KTR’s strange and curious comments in this interview. There are around 16 movies being made to spread the BJP’s ideology, and ‘Adipurush’ is one of them. BJP’s Hindutva ideology is being spread through films like ‘URI – The Surgical Strike’ and ‘The Kashmir Files‘ starring Akshay Kumar”, said KTR.

KTR predicted that Adipurush might be released during an election time in order to influence voters and make them think about Lord Shriram.

The Kashmir Files, one of the films mentioned above, definitely had the backing of the BJP, and many BJP-led state governments have exempted GST and declared a holiday for government employees to attend the movie as well.

KTR’s comments have surfaced on social media and have gone viral, but it is unclear whether they were made off the record. Some netizens have trolled the TRS leader for making such strange comments.
