At the age of 79, Tollywood superstar Krishna passed away today, November 15. Around four in the morning, he passed away. The whole Telugu cinema industry was shocked by Krishna’s unexpected death. The entire family, including Mahesh Babu, Krishna’s son, has received many sympathies on social media. Krishna experienced a severe heart arrest on November 14 and was taken to the hospital while unconscious.

After struggling with age-related conditions, the renowned actor passed away today. The passing of Superstar Krishna is being mourned by the whole Telugu cinema industry. Soon, further information on the final rites will be released.

Brief About Legendary Actor Krishna:

Krishna was born on May 31st, 1942, in Burripalem, Andhra Pradesh’s Guntur district, and began his career in movies in the early 1960s with minor roles. With the critically acclaimed 1965 film ‘Thene Manasulu’, he made his acting debut as the hero.

Krishna married Indira before marrying Vijaya Nirmala (1946-2019). On the Sakshi filming sets, Krishna met Vijaya Nirmala (1967). He has Two sons, Ramesh Babu and Mahesh Babu, and three daughters, Padmavathi, Manjula, and Priyadarshini, with Indira Devi (1952–2022).

With the critically acclaimed 1965 film Thene Manasulu, he made his acting debut as the lead role. The spy movie “Gudacchari 116” from 1966 was a huge success and made Krishna one of the most sought-after actors. Due to his accomplishment, he had offers for 20 movies. He then appeared in at least six films that were similar to James Bond.

In 2003, he won the NTR National Award, among other honors. He received the Padma Bhushan award in 2009 in recognition of his contributions to Indian film. The Telugu film industry has lost an essential talent with Krishna’s passing.
