2021 is the luckiest year for Tollywood as well as for Allu Arjun. He scored a blockbuster hit with Sukumar’s directorial film with Pan India attempt. The film dominated theatres in India and set industry records with minimum screenings. PushpaPart 1 also stars Rashmika Mandanna and Fahad Fazil.
Pushpa The Rise premiere today (January 7th, 2022) Amazon prime video in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam excluding Hindi. Hindi version release date yet to be announced.
2. Lakshya Telugu movie (2021)

Naga shaurya and Ketika Sharma Starrer Lakshya is a Telugu sports drama revolving around Archery. It was released on 10th December 2021 and received mixed reviews. The film is now is all set to hit OTT platform Aha on January 7th, 2022.
3. Varudu Kavalenu

Naga shaurya’s another class film Varudu Kavalenu is also set to release digitally today (January 7th) on the Zee5 platform. The film has also featured Nadia, Vaishnavi Chaitanya, Murali Sharma, Vennela Kishore among others.
4. Akhanda
Wakanda is another memorable film in Nandamuri Balakrishna’s career. It has collected highest in actor’s career. The famous OTT platform Disney plus Hotstar announced that the film will be made available from 21st January.
5. Big Brother Telugu movie
Big brother is a Malayalam movie starring Mohan Lal in the lead role. The Telugu version of Big Brother is now streaming on Amazon prime video.
Coming to the story of Big brother, the film is set in the city of Bangalore is the story of Satchidananda, who at the age of 18 committed a couple of murders earning himself a double life sentence. After 24 years, he is finally set free but he struggles to cope with the ways of the world.

6. Pelli SandaD
Pelli SandaD, a rom-com entertainer which has Roshan Meka and Sree Leela in lead roles is all set to premiere on 14th January 2022. It will be available on ‘over the top’ platform Disney plus Hotstar.
7. Shyam Singha Roy
The much-hyped thriller Shyam Singha Roy starring Nani and Sai Pallavi, Krithi Shetty. it was released on 24th December and received positive reviews. As per the latest update, Netflix has bagged the streaming rights for Rs 8 crores. The film will premiere on Netflix on January 26th, 2022.
8. Senapathi
Senapati, a crime thriller featuring Rajendra Prasad in the lead role. The film is about an honest policeman who accidentally losses his service pistol while chasing a criminal. However, the thief who stole the pistol to Murthy (Rajendra Prasad\) and goes on a killing spree.
The film received positive reviews from critics and it is now streaming on the Aha Platform.
