Adipurush Update: Motion Caption Shoot starts today
Prabhas starrer ‘Adipurush’ being made on Grand Canvas. Touted to be a 3D mythological film, the movie will have high-end VFX. Director Om Raut took to social media handle and shared that the motion capture work for Adipurush technically begins today.

Adipurush movie is based on Hindu epic of Ramayan. The movie stars Prabhas as lord Ram and Saif Ali Khan as Lankesh. The actress for the Sita role has not been finalized yet.
Speaking about the technology of magnum opus Adipurush, producer Prasad Sutar says, “high-end visual effects combined with the real-time technology is commonly used in international films and this always helps makers and narrate their beautiful story. To create a world of Adipurush and to tell the Epic tale we are bringing together the same. this movie is a huge mission for all of us and we are looking forward to embark on this journey with Bhushan Kumar.”
The film is produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishna Kumar of series, and Om Raut. The film Grand muhurta would be on February 2nd, 2021. There is a buzz that Adipurush to be made with a staggering Rs 400 crore budget.
