The Captaincy contender ship task was the primary attraction of Bigg Boss Telugu 7’s 53rd day. Following a series of tasks, Priyanka Jain, Pallavi Prashanth, Sandeep, Gautam Krishna, and Shobha Shetty were chosen as the final candidates for the captaincy role.

In the meantime, Bhole tried to flirt with Rathika. The fourth duty, “Empty the container,” was then assigned to the housemates. The four contestants were Shobha, Shivaji, Ashwini, and Gautam. Teja was chosen as the Sanchaalak for the job. Finally, Gautam won the task and became a contender for captaincy.
The final challenge for the Captaincy competitor ship was titled “Wear it – win it.” The competitors were Yawar, Teja, and Shobha, with Shivaji as the Sanchaalak.
