Shweta Tiwari’s Show Stopper Cast, Controversy, Release Date
The former Big Boss contestant Shweta Tiwari made headlines with a controversy. During the promotion of her upcoming web series Show stopper, she made a controversial statement about her bra.
Show Stopper Controversy:
The video of Mr. Tiwari’s controversial statement went viral on social media in which the actor allegedly referred to God by speaking about her bra. She said, “Mere bra ki size Bhagawan le Rahe he.” (God is taking the measurement of my bra).
According to the source ANI, Saurabh Jain who played the role of Lord Krishna in the mythological show will be playing the role of a bra fitter in the upcoming series Show Stopper, Sweta Tiwari joking made the alleged statement in reference to Saurabh during the press conference.
The case was filed against Shweta on the complaint lodged by Sonu Prajapati, a local citizen of Madya Pradesh who alleged that Ms. Tiwari has hurt his religious sentiments.
According to the latest update by Hindustan Times, Shweta Tiwari has apologized for the comment and said it was taken out of context. she said,” it has come to my notice that a certain statement of mine referred to my colleague’s previous role has been taken out of context and has been misconstructed… Please be assured that it has never been my intention to hurt anyone with my words or actions. I would like to humbly apologize for that hurt that my statement has unintentionally caused to a lot of people.”
