Rashmika Mandanna is one of the most talented heroines in India. It’s the actress’s 26th birthday today, and the actress has been receiving well wishes from all directions. Rashmika’s fans were also treated to a big surprise on her birthday, thanks to the makers of Thalapathy 66. Rashmika will join hands with Thalapathy Vijay for his next project, and we couldn’t be more excited.

Rashmika and Thalapathy are still on track for success together. However, the good news is that the two South superstars will pair for Thalapathy66! The makers dropped the official announcement on Rashmika’s birthday today.
Sharing the same, production house Sri Venkateswara Creations’ Twitter handle wrote, “Wishing the talented and gorgeous @iamRashmika a very Happy Birthday! Welcome onboard #Thalapathy66 @actorvijay @directorvamshi #RashmikaJoinsThalapathy66 (sic).”
Rashmika Mandanna is now confirmed as the female lead in Vijay’s Thalapathy 66.
This will be their first on-screen pairing. It was rumored that Pooja Hegde and Kiara Advani were also being considered. In the end, Rashmika was chosen. It may be released around Diwali 2022. Dil Raju and Shirish of Sri Venkateswara Creations jointly bankroll Thalapathy 66.
The script for Vijay has been written by Vamshi Paidipally to present him in a never before seen role.
